DESCRIPTION

This experience will be living proof of how different and at the same time how equal we all are. We will guide students to become aware of various forms of privilege. They will understand the intersectionality of race, socioeconomic class, gender, and other demographic variables that shape individuals. We will help them appreciate the diversity of individual backgrounds; and team-building to raise awareness in diversity and inclusion.
