In this mediation, we’ll step into the powerful and thoughtful world of haiku! We’ll explore the unique rhythm and structure of this traditional Japanese poetry form, , and discover how just a few words can capture powerful emotions and observations about the world around us. Students will have the chance to craft their own haikus, drawing inspiration from nature, personal experiences, and feelings. Expect a calm and reflective session filled with mindful listening, creative writing, and poetic expression. Get ready to slow down, look closely, and find meaning in simplicity through the art of haiku.
