DESCRIPTION
In this mediation, we’ll explore the playful and personal world of doodling! We’ll reflect on the role of doodles as spontaneous expressions of thought, emotion, and imagination, and consider how this simple act can reveal deeper layers of our inner world. Students will share experiences with doodling, discuss when and why they do it, and explore what our scribbles might be saying beneath the surface. Expect a relaxed and creative session filled with open conversations, curious questions, and space for artistic expression. Get ready to let your pen wander and discover meaning in the margins.
