“Hesitation is defeat” No person should doubt their own abilities; failing does not mean total defeat. In this mediation, students will explore how frustration influences the decisions we make when facing difficult challenges. Inspired by the “soulslike” games, students will reflect on their emotional responses to obstacles and learn strategies to regain control when situations feel overwhelming.
